Your Responsibilities

As our Commissions Analyst, you will:

• Lead and manage key projects with international scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones

• Ensure quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
• Contribute to improving our processes and workflows
• Represent Canva in client meetings and presentations

Requirements for Candidates in Bosnia and Herzegovina

• Must be based in Bosnia and Herzegovina (legal work authorization required)
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Admin & Virtual Assistant
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven track record of working in remote environments
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Experience with international teams is a plus
• Stable internet connection and proper home office setup
• Availability to overlap with European business hours
